The Final Auction according to Spanish company Sareb

COMMONLY known as the ‘Bad Bank’, asset management company Sareb took over control of large numbers of properties which had seized by the banks during the worst part of the financial crisis.

It is now about to offer a further 2,331 homes of different types for sales at discounts from estimated market value of up to 30 per cent.

This activity will take place in 35 different Spanish provinces with the largest number of properties being in Murcia and Valencia.
