THE Russian National Ballet will be performing Tchaikovsky’s classic work Sleeping Beauty at Huercal-Overa’s Teatro Villa later this month.
The 45 dancers in the company directed by Sergei Radchenko will present a dazzling interpretation of the ballet, which will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of Huercal-Overa council Culture department’s programme of events.
Radchenko, a former soloist at Moscow’s world famous Bolshoi theatre, founded the Russian National Ballet in 1989. Since then the company has enjoyed highly successful tours on five continents, first coming to Spain in 2012, and attracting even bigger audiences each time they return.
The curtain will go up on the Huercal-Overa performance on Thursday November 28 at 9pm.
