MORE than 8,000 people were in attendance at the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED) that recently took place in the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos in Malaga. Analysis carried out at the event created a new profile showing that the typical house buyer in Malaga Capital have a bigger budget and better purchase intention.
They are professionals aged between 26 and 45 years old and looking for a two or three bedroom property ranging from €250,000 and €300,000. In addition, house hunters are confident in obtaining the necessary bank financing proving real purchase intent.
