FRIGILIANA joined its Axarquian neighbours in travelling to London for this weeks World Trade Market which closed its doors on Wednesday after a successful two days exhibition.
Carmen Cerezo, Councillor for Tourism made the journey to accompany fellow councillors “to promote Frigiliana and learn about new trends and strategies in tourism to adapt the offer of our municipality.”
Cerezo explained that alongside this, her visit has been primarily to reassure the British market that Frigiliana will continue to support and provide for British tourists after Brexit, as well as maintaining their presence among Asian tour operators operating in the area.
During the conference, the councillor also attended one of the main lectures on the interests of the British and International markets in order to continue to push Frigiliana as a destination of culture, gastronomy and language.
