Jailed for killing boss 

A MAN aged 37 has been jailed for eight years for killing his boss. 

Malaga Provincial Court heard that the two men had gone out for dinner in Coin after work and drank a large amount of alcohol and took cocaine. 

All started well, but then when they moved on to a bar their conversation turned into an argument and then a fight in which they both assaulted each other. 

The situation became so tense that the killer decided to leave, but he returned about 15 minutes later.  
The condemned man found his boss next to a railing. The argument restarted and a fight ensued. At one point the convicted man lifted the victim’s legs and threw him over the railing. The fall caused the death of the man. 

Police later arrested the convicted at a petrol station in Alozaina.
