The Lions Club of L’Alfas del Pi is proud to present their annual Flamenco Show on Saturday 2nd November 2019. The Madrid based flamenco dance group of Juan Avecilla will be showcasing their new show. The performance is being held in the Casa Cultura in L’Alfas, starting at 20:00. Tickets for the night are €17,50. All to the profits made by the Lions will be donated equally to the L’Alfas food bank and to Doble Amor, the local Association for the Promotion of People with Intellectual Disabilities of Benidorm. Tickets are available now from the Casa Cultura in l’Alfas and the Fresno Viajes in Albir. Alternatively you can reserve your tickets directly from the Lions Club by calling Peter on 669 943 734, or by email pgdelint@gmail.com. The Theatre doors will open at 19:45, and you can collect your tickets in the Casa Cultura reception hall from 19:00. For the first time, this year the seat numbers are printed on the tickets. The cafeteria at the Casa Cultura remains closed. Vending machines are in place around the reception area for coffee and other soft drinks. Please come to the evening and enjoy this great Flamenco Show whilst helping us with these good causes. The Lions Club of L’Alfas is proud to be a member of the Lions International organisation which has over 1.4 Million members worldwide. We ourselves are international, with members from around Europe. We are committed to helping local projects and organisations like the l’Alfas del Pi Food Bank and Doble Amor. We will celebrate the arrival of San Nicolas in early December, for local children. Other events in the forthcoming 12 months include our annual golf tournament, the Peace Poster Contest for 11 to 14 year olds, our San Juan event on Albir Beach and or ongoing project to re-use spectacles of South America and Africa.
