London Fire Brigade Commissioner Dany Cotton says the brigade is “disappointed at some of the criticism of individual staff members” in the first report into the Grenfell Tower fire in which 72 people died.
 
 
Although she expressed her “deepest sorrow at not being able to save all those who died in the tragic fire.
 
Her comments came straight after the inquiry findings published today in the first report.
 
She also has stated she will not resign from her position.
