THE Civil Protection of Rincon de la Victoria celebrated the opening of its new headquarters by launching free training programs.
The training programs began on 18 October and the Civil Protection of Rincon de la Victoria welcomed volunteers from Algarrobo, Velez-Malaga, Moclinejo, Torrox, Nerja and Rincon de la Victoria.
The courses were the perfect opportunity for the Rincon group to showcase its brand new facilities to its fellow municipalities as well as improving the resources of the organisation in the region.
The Councillor for Civil Protection, Josefa Carnero, opened the course by thanking all those who have made it all possible and for commending the dedication of members of the regions Civil Protection faculties for giving up their free time to acquire knowledge and develop skills to help in the fight for public safety.
