Breast Cancer Flower Raiser

Breast Cancer Awareness Month takes place every year throughout the globe each October and the La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is holding a day of events and entertainment on Sunday, the 27th of October.
 
The events will begin from midday and run through to 6 pm, with visitors invited to participate in creating a large flower mural with a two-euro donation.
 
Every year there are 1.38 million new cases and 458.000 deaths from breast cancer and it’s the most common cancer in women worldwide. 
 
Breast cancer has been increasing over recent years.
 
Little is known about the disease and early detection is vital, as treatments are available if it’s caught early, with a good chance that breast cancer can be cured. 
 
So if you are in the region of the shopping centre pop in and help build a large flower for a very worthy cause!
