Tipped Off In Dolores

A newly created waste tip in Dolores Costa Blanca Spain is proving to be a health hazard to local residents, with the return of warmer temperatures and attracting flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, rats and other types of vermin.

At first, the site was established for the use of the Dolores Council for flood-damaged waste, but it’s now being used by the members of the public from miles around and numbers are increasing as they flock to the newly created dumping point.

Local’s who live directly across the street are pulling their hair out and have appealed to the Ayuntamiento to close the dump down.
