Halle attack suspect has been identified

HALLE attack suspect has been identified. 
According to a spokesperson for the German federal prosecutor, the suspect has been identified as “Stephan B” a 27-year-old man.  The spokesperson only provided the suspect’s first name and the first initial of his last name.
