The National Police have detained two men for the sexual assault on the ex-girlfriend of one of them in Malaga.

Agents of the National Police have arrested two young men of 22 and 20 years old in Malaga and Spanish nationality for their alleged involvement in a crime of sexual assault.
The events that motivated the police action happened last Friday in a house in the capital of Malaga. According to the inquiries, the young woman returned home when she coincidentally met her ex-partner and a friend. It was her ex-boyfriend who invited her to go home to smoke, to which she agreed. Once the three were in the house, the two men forced her to have sex, causing a series of injuries due to grips and struggles. Finally, when the two aggressors will fell asleep, the victim took the opportunity to escape from the place. Once at home, the victim told her roommate what had happened.
The origin of the investigation coincides with the call to the Room of the 091 of the emergency service of the hospital center of Malaga, where a young woman – together with her roommate – said that she had been the victim of a sexual assault in the early morning of the previous day. The protocol for this type of criminal behavior was immediately activated and specialized agents moved to the scene. After the medical exam, the young woman was accompanied by police agencies where she filed the corresponding complaint. The result of the investigations, that same day – on October 5 – the two denounced were arrested for their alleged involvement in the events.
