Hotel Vistamar Benalmadena Closes Unexpectedly During The Night

A Benalmadena holidaymaker is having a complete nightmare after being requested to leave their hotel.

The holidaying family were reportedly asked to leave Hotel Vistamar in Benalmadena at around 1.30 am this morning.

One of the family members said her and her family have been transferred to an all-inclusive resort but that it was “in the middle of nowhere” and whilst it’s all-inclusive they have been given board basis only.

The holidaymakers wrote on social media “So we’ve been evicted from our hotel at 1.30 this morning due to it going into administration.”

It seems all guests at the hotel have been ordered to leave and the hotel has been locked up.

The hotel is not taking any phone calls and their website simply states ” no availability for the rest of the year”

It appears that holiday companies are active today relocating booked holidaymakers due to arrive.

Jackie Masterson from Bath who is due shortly with her disabled son Carl called us at the Euro Weekly News as she had seen the posting online to see if we could assist with information but unfortunately as the hotel is not taking calls or returning emails we couldn’t assist apart from advising her to call her travel agent, although it turned out that was Thomas Cook, although she had rebooked directly with the hotel whilst still waiting for a refund.

Furious Jackie said, “This is becoming farcical, I’ve paid out twice now, firstly Thomas Cook goes under and now the hotel it seems!”
