Dana boyfriend faces prison after fresh evidence found

JAIL time looks increasingly likely for the boyfriend of Dana Leonte after more evidence emerges.

The boyfriend of missing Romanian Dana Leonte is expected to be facing a long stint in prison as investigations took a dramatic turn today.

Fresh evidence has been found at the Sergio Ruiz’s home that, according to a provincial judge, provides enough evidence to send him to prison for the death of the 28 year old.

According to police reports released today, a baseball bat with examples of hairs on it and blood marks around his home immediately implicated the man in the crime.

Sergio has also had a permanent restraining order placed on him, preventing him from coming into contact with his son.

According to sources close to Sergio, the man has remained calm throughout the whole investigation, maintaining his innocence and standing firmly by the story that he believes Dana returned to Romania after experiencing financial difficulties in Spain.
