Whilst today the dramas of the UK Supreme Court ruled about unlawful actions of the current PM Boris Johnson, the Spanish Supreme Court have ruled on the grave of Spanish Dictator Franco who last ruled 44 years ago.
Pedro Sanchez and his Socialist Government said they were going to move Franco’s grave from it’s current position of underneath a monument to a cemetery in Madrid to be buried alongside his wife.
Franco’s remaining family though disagreed and lodged an appeal against such action.
The plan was originally to make the move on June 10th but it was forced to be delayed until a hearing in the Spanish Supreme Courts.
Six Supreme Court Judges sat for over an hour and rejected the Franco families lodged appeal.
