A 28 year old woman has been killed in a road collision in the Colmenar area at around 2pm on Friday 20 September.
The accident was called in to 112 services by numerous witnesses who describe a collision between a car and a large trailer, causing the car to over turn and leave the road on a stretch of the A-356 around km6.
Emergency services from the Guardia Civil de Tráfico and the Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos de Málaga were soon in attendance but the woman was pronounced dead on the scene.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the collision.
