The recent heavy rainfall in south eastern regions of Spain has caused extensive damage, including flooded roads and damaged properties.
A group of cyclists passing through Huéscar, a region that was particularly impacted by the severe weather, noticed a deer trapped in flooded ruins in a rural part of the city.
you can see the deer made several attempts to jump out of the water, but was unable to climb over the ledge and the cyclists feared that the deer would drown.
The footage shows five cyclists pulling the deer by its antlers to set it free.
The cyclists were able to help the deer successfully climb out of the water. Shortly after, the deer is seen quickly running away into the woods.
