By Royal Request

Change of route requested by the Royal family.

Last week you may have recalled The Euro Weekly News held an exclusive interview with world record holder Josh Llewellyn Jones OBE.

Josh called the Euro Weekly News this morning and said “I am absolutely over the moon to announce that instead of cycling to Twickenham Stadium from Dover, I have been requested from The Royal Family to cycle to St. James’s Palace to finish my cycle leg before I start my 160 mile run home to Cardiff from there. I can not quite believe it and it will certainly help motivate me to finish the cycle ride strong!

At this stage I can’t give specific details but for anyone in London who wants to cheer and support, there is plenty of space around the outside of St. James’s Palace to see me and my team finish one leg and start the finale!”

There’s just 2 weeks to go before Josh attempts to smash another world record as he will swim 21 miles in Dover, now cycle to St James’s palace (200 miles) and then run 160 miles home to Cardiff in 5 days without stopping.

CF (Cystic Fibrosis) sufferer Josh 31 will be completing this for his campaign CF WARRIORS which will be raising funds for the cause.

The challenge will commence in just over 2 weeks time and we the Euro Weekly News will keep you updated to how Josh gets on with his latest challenge.
