Reports from the 112 emergency services are emerging of a 13 year old British boy that has died after falling from a sixth floor balcony on Calle Alberto Morgenstern in the town of Fuengirola.
Officers from the Local Police, the National Police and the Public Health Services Company (EPES) attended the scene at around 1.30pm after multiple witnesses reported the boy had fallen.
Despite resuscitation efforts the boy was pronounced dead by health officials at the scene.
It is thought the boy was on holiday in the resort and according to eye witnesses he fell accidentally.
An investigation is underway however to determine the details surrounding the death.
