David Guetta’s ex – wife’s Ibizan villa burgled

SUPERSTAR DJ David Guetta’s ex-wife has reported that her Ibizan home has been burgled. Guardia Civil officers are investigating the incident at Cathy Guetta’s Cap Martinet home, which is said to be worth €30 million.

Specialists have searched the house for clues after the property’s alarms and surveillance systems were apparently overridden in Thursday night’s break-in.

There have been no reports on whether anything was stolen in the incident and no arrests have been made.

This is the latest in a series of woes since the night club entrepreneur moved to Ibiza with high hopes of transforming the island’s music scene.After her divorce from David Guetta, she settled in London, but later she decided to move to Ibiza“to create something big, to make history in the island’s music scene”.

But she has faced several set-backs since the move. Sant Josep council initiated a case of urban infraction for illegal works at Villa Titanium, valued at €1.9 million. She faces a fine of €1 million.Her beach club business also ran foul of local planners initially.
