Reports are coming in from the Prevención y Extinción de Incendios Forestales de Andalucía (INFOCA) of a wildfire in shrub land in the Ojen area of Malaga.

According to the group’s Twitter page, 12 technicians are tending to the blaze as well as two fire prevention vehicles and an extinguishing aircraft.

A stretch of the A-355 road has been closed for emergency services to treat the fire and is due to reopen as soon as the fire is under control.
