Three more gored in Pamplona bull run

THE final bull run at this year’s San Fermin festival in Pamplona saw three people gored this morning (July 14).

In total eight people have been gored over the course of the eight runs. During the run six bulls run with a pack of steers to the bullring. They are destined to be killed in bullfights.

In today’s run five stayed together but one broke free and created havoc amongst the human runners who try to keep ahead of the animals.

It first tossed one man on to the street’s stone cobbles then smashed two more against a wall.

All three were hospitalised, with one gored in the leg, another in the arm and the third in the armpit.

The Red Cross reported several other injuries from knocks received from the bulls and steers, or from tripping and falling.
