THE Currencies Direct team got together last night for round two of the two day fiesta which marks 23 years of growth and success in the South of Spain.

There was palatable enthusiasm in the Thalasia Hotel in San Pedro Del Pinatar last night as 62 employees who work tirelessly together on a daily basis showed signs of genuine camaraderie and praise for the company. Peter Loveday who organised the event exclaimed that, ‘the other branches around Europe have had their fun. Now we need to top them.’

Alex Wach who works as a Business Development Executive of the award winning currency exchange service provider commented on the nature and policy in the office, describing it as ‘the best place I have ever worked’ because of the talented multicultural workforce and the stress-free environment.

The company has received numerous awards for their services as well as their conduct. They received one for their unbeatable exchange rates from the Money Age Awards last year. Another came in the form of a consumer award from the year before which was given for outstanding customer satisfaction and the ease with which transfers were carried out.

The quality of service that Currencies Direct provides is highlighted by the 3,178 customer reviews that have been recorded by Trustpilot, leading to a rating of 9.1 out of 10 for the overall experience. The currency transfer comparison website MoneyTransferComparison gave the company a 97.8% total rating and has regarded it as the service with the best feedback in previous years.

Peter Loveday was humble in his approach to the praise his team has received in the past, stating that, ‘it’s not about the awards, we just provide a service and try to keep our customers happy.’
