Kiss image captures hearts during 'La Noche mas Romantica' in Mojacar

AN image taken in Mojacar Pueblo during La Noche mas Romantica’ (the most romantic night) celebrations has captured hearts.
Mojacar resident Alexis Molinier’s photograph was a prize-winner in the Prettiest Village in Spain Association photography competition, along with entries from Tejada in Gran Canaria and Chinchon in Madrid.
The association organised the competition as part of its Noche mas Romantica initiative via its Instagram page. The three prize-winning images were considered those which best reflected love and the essence of the event among the entries sent in from the 53 Spanish municipalities belonging to the prettiest village network.
The winners all receive an official Prettiest Villages in Spain guidebook and a Noche Romantica T-shirt, designed especially for the occasion.
Staged on June 22 to coincide with the start of summer, was the second edition of La Noche mas Romantica which was celebrated in locations across Spain, Belgium, Italy and France.
