A 32-YEAR-OLD British man died after being pulled from the sea off Benalmadena while on holiday with friends yesterday (Monday).
Emergency services sources said Local Police officers and medical personnel were sent to La Gaviota beach after being called out at 8.20pm. Personnel tried to revive him after he was pulled from the sea but were unable to do so.
Initial media reports said the deceased was a woman but it has since been confirmed the 32-year-old was male and visiting friends on the Costa del Sol.
