THE FIRST inaugural Yiannimize Grand Tour departed from Villa Padierna, Marbella last Sunday to kick off a week of lavish partying, spectacular scenery and a list of celebrity appearances, all in the aid of charity.
More than 100 Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porches, Aston Martins and Bentleys were all decked out in custom branding as they set off on a seven day trip across Spain and France, finishing in London, UK.
The event is the brainchild of famous car Yianni Charaloumbus who has worked on the supercars of some of the world most famous celebrities including boxer Anthony Joshua, singer Harry Styles and entrepreneur Balbinder Singh, owner of the high end events company Rich List Group.
The road trip will take the cars over 2,000km passing through Valencia, Barcelona, Montpellier, Geneva and Paris, with prestigious VIP parties being held in the most exclusive clubs along the way, all organised by the Rich List Group.
Entrants to the trip had to pay a whopping €14,000 euros to take part, with an extra €7,000 euros for any other team members that tagged along.
The tour creator said: “The Yiannimize Grand Tour aims to bring like minded entrepreneurs and their cars together, offering them the opportunity to drive through different countries and their breathtaking routes.”
Different celebrities joined the route along the way, with a highlight being rapper 50 Cent showing his support whilst in Spain for a business meeting with the events co sponsor, TV streaming service Starzplay.
Profits from the event have gone towards the chosen charities of Artists for Peace and Justice (APJ) and Rays of Sunshine.
