ACCORDING to the Traffic Management Centre, a driver lost his life after two cars and a van collided on the CV-91 regional motorway in the Alicante town of Almoradi.
The man, 75, was released by emergency services and was immediately transferred to hospital but he died shortly afterwards.
The accident occurred at 10.50am, said the Provincial Fire Brigade, but the cause of the accident is not yet known.
The two other drivers of the van and car also suffered injuries.
