GIBRALTAR CALLING: Take That and Tom Walker confirmed for Rock’s two-day music festival

TAKE THAT and Tom Walker are the first confirmed acts for Gibraltar Calling which will rock the Rock on Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8 at the Europa Point Leisure Complex.

Organisers have announced the acts as the countdown starts for two nights of incredible live music performances by international award-winning artists with the backdrop of the Mediterranean and the Rock for the spectacular event.

2019 marks Take That’s 30th anniversary and, to celebrate, the band’s greatest hits tour will see them performing all their much-loved songs live.

The band have had 27 Top 40 singles in the UK and 16 Top 5 singles in the UK, 11 of which have reach UK Number 1. Internationally, they total 54 Number 1 hits and 35 Number 1 albums.

The group currently consists of Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen. The original line-up also featured Jason Orange and Robbie Williams.

Also confirmed for Gibraltar Calling is the Scottish singer-songwriter Tom Walker. He rose to fame after the release of his single “Leave a Light On”, which peaked at number 7 on the UK Singles Chart. His debut album is titled ‘What A Time To Be Alive’.

Tickets for the event are now on sale and range from £75 – £359 plus booking fee.
