POLICE on the Costa del Sol have found a man wandering the streets with his penis partially amputated – just a few weeks after a similar incident involving a Brit in Spain.

Local Police officers in Benalmadena found the ‘disorientated’ man at the weekend suffering from a head injury and with blood on his hands.

He was rushed to a local hospital where medics reportedly found ‘tightly knotted shoelaces and elastic bands’ around his manhood. Later he was transferred to the Hospital Clinico in Malaga for surgery. His condition is described as stable.

The so far unidentified man is described as 30-35-years-old and Spanish but the case echoes that of British man found in similar circumstances almost a month ago.
