SUNWORLD Estates is bringing 15 years of experience and knowledge in buying and selling property to the Costa del Sol, opening its first office in the area, in La Cala this week.

And the flagship Costa office is just the start of the company’s expansion, with plans afoot to open further branches both here and throughout mainland Spain and the Islands.

Established in 2003 by founder and director Vic Cooper, Sunworld has experienced incredible growth and has three thriving offices in Costa Blanca.

John Williams and Steph Burke head up Sunworld’s marketing team. John explained that a lot of the firm’s leads come from exhibitions overseas, including ‘A Place in the Sun’ and ‘Second Homes’, and through collaborations with 1,500 other agents in the UK, Belgium and Spain.

“We work within a very large network, and also generate sales online and via our website,” said John, adding: “We selected La Cala for our first office in the Costa del Sol as we believe that it is booming at the moment. The area has had a lot of exposure recently, there are some big names here.”

Leanne and Jade Jones will manage the La Cala branch, with sales directors Jemma Cooper and Adam Hatton overseeing sales across the company.

Adam said: “We are passionate about real estate and go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy, because we care.”
