A MAN has died after falling 20-metres (60-feet) in a remote, mountainous area of Spain’s Gran Canaria island.
The 34-year-old German man was reported to have fallen in a difficult to access area in Cima del Roque Nublo in the municipality of Tejeda.
An emergency and rescue group (GES) helicopter transferred the man to the University Hospital of Gran Canaria but he did not survive.
