EMERGENCY services in the south of Spain have reported that a body has been recovered from a beach near the resort of Nerja in the province of Malaga in Andalucia.
They said that they received an emergency call from a member of the public at about 3.25 pm this afternoon (Monday) saying there was a body in the water.
Officers from the Guardia Civil have confirmed that the deceased person is male.
