SPAIN’S national weather agency, AEMET, has warned the public to take care at the seaside and issued yellow weather alerts for high coastal waters in some popular holiday destinations on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday the Spanish met office has placed the following regions on alert…
Andalucia: Almeria, Cadiz, Granada
Cataluña: Girona
Balearic Islands: Mallorca, Menorca
And the following day (Thursday), the alerts will also include the Costa Blanca:
Andalucia: Cadiz
Comunitat Valenciana: Alicante
Balearic Islands: Ibiza y Formentera, Mallorca, Menorca
Region de Murcia: Murcia
