Brits topped list of foreigners buying properties in Almeria

THE British topped the list of foreigners acquiring properties in Almeria in the final quarter of 2018, according to figures from the College of Registrars, accounting for 16 per cent, followed by Germans (7.7 per cent), French (7.4 per cent), Belgians (5.8 per cent), Italians (5.1 per cent) and Swedish (5 per cent).

More than 13 per cent of property sales in the province last year were to non-Spaniards.
