TRAGIC ACCIDENT: Woman dies after her vehicle collided with a horse in Spain

A woman has died in Domingo Perez, Toledo, after her vehicle hit a horse on Sunday 30.

According to emergency services the incident took place at 8pm on Sunday on the CM-4015 road after the horse had allegedly escaped from a nearby farm.

The woman was in the vehicle with her husband and three young children when the traffic accident occurred.

The family were taken to the Virgen de la Salud Hospital in Toledo, Spain, in a mobile ICU and a Basic Life Support ambulance.

The woman’s husband, 39, and two younger children, aged six and two, received minor injuries but the third child of nine years was severely injured.

According to Castilla-La Mancha’s Government, the Civil Guard has opened an investigation to find the owner of the horse that caused the fatal accident.
