A woman has been arrested by the National Police for hurling a dog from her fifth-floor apartment in Spain. The incident occurred on Marina Street in Huelva, Andalucia. The Spanish media report the dog died instantly after plummeting five storeys. Although police officers are currently still investigating the facts, the incident allegedly happened after the detainee had an argument with her ex-partner, the reported reason why she committed the crime of animal abuse. Local pedestrians were caught off guard when the dog landed on the commercial street during peak shopping hours. Several calls were made to emergency services after many witnesses reported the incident. The case continues.
