IN PICTURES: Walking Football Spain strikes out for children’s home with charity match

A COSTA DEL SOL based walking football team has staged a charity event for a local children’s home which also saw Euro Weekly News serve up food and drinks for the cause.
Walking Football Spain took on rivals The Walking Dead at Calahonda’s Finca Naundrup in aid of the Ciudad de los Niños home in Malaga on Wednesday evening.
EWN’s head of sales Steven Euesden played for the Walking Football Spain side and company staff were on hand with refreshments.
The event saw spectators and team members gather to watch the tournament which was won by Walking Football Spain.

Those attending met in the Finca’s sports bar after the event for a charity auction which was also supported by EWN. Music and live entertainment also featured on the night.
