POLICE in Malaga have detained a 19-year-old woman accused of kicking her mother in the stomach.
It is alleged the incident took place several weeks ago and that the mother of the detained woman was six-months pregnant at the time of the incident.
Sources claim it was the young woman alerted the authorities claiming her stepfather had locked her in her room and was “threatening” her.
Local Police officers arrived at the scene to speak with the family and allegedly the young woman claimed a physical fight had broken out between several members of the household after she had expressed her desire to attend a party.
The woman’s stepfather admitted to the police that both he and his 19-year-old step-daughter had attacked each other.
Police officers report that upon their arrival that both the young woman and her stepfather had visible, ‘superficial’ lesions.
Local Police also claim that one of the children of the household told officers that the young woman had ‘kicked her mother in the stomach’.
The young woman and her stepfather were both detained by the Local Police after admitting to their violent actions.
