SUBMERGED: a car washed out to sea in Mallorca Credit: Guardia Civil
THE Guardia Civil has shared footage of the recovery of a submerged car during the clean-up operation following last week’s deadly flooding in Mallorca. The vehicle was located in 10 feet of water around 250 metres from the shore on Monday. Thirteen people died during the flash floods which devastated parts of the island, including a young boy, Arthur Robinson, whose mother also perished.
