MEGHAN, the Duchess of Sussex, is pregnant, Kensington Palace has announced this morning. Kensington Palace took to Twitter to declare: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby”. The baby is expected in the spring of 2019, added the tweet. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s new baby will become seventh in the line to the throne, demoting Prince Harry’s uncle, the Duke of York, into eighth in the line of succession. The announcement comes as Harry and Meghan landed in Sydney to begin their 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
