BAD weather is being blamed for a hot air balloon incident at a fair in southern Spain. Two of the balloons involved in Murcia had forced landings, one of which left three people injured. One balloon had an emergency landing in a lemon orchard in La Arboleja, while the other, between La Ñora and Guadalupe, reportedly struck a lamp post as it hit the ground.
