Marcus Rashford scored a fantastic first half brace to hand Liverpool, who pulled one back through an Eric Bailly own goal, just their first defeat in their last six games.

They host a Watford side that lost their first game in three following two successive 1-0 wins against West Brom and Everton as they lost 3-0 to Arsenal at the Emirates.

Boss Alan Pardew is expected to remain in charge for Saturday’s fixture, despite going down 4-1 to Leicester at the weekend
