Worker dies in concrete recycling plant accident

POLICE are investigating the death of  a 52-year-old worker who died after being crushed in an accident at a recycling plant in Malaga.

It is believed the man was trying to unblock a concrete-crushing machine when the accident happened in the Carril de los Chopos area of the city.

Emergency services worked in difficult circumstances to remove the body from  the machinery.

It is the second work-related death in the province this week. A 38-year-old man also died after falling from a roof in Marbella.

National Police are investigating both accidents.
