Remember the past when the 80s Reunion Disco Party hits the Costa del Sol

80s Mania

Greg is Tony Hadley

AN all singing all dancing show highlighting some of the best musical performances of the 1980s has been touring the UK for nine years and its producers will be here next week.

Vikki Holland-Bowyer and Greg Stevenson are the producers and main performers in the 80s Mania show where 14 singers and dancers relive the best songs of no less than 28 fabulous acts.

The duo, who are a couple in real life, are travelling to the Costa del Sol to discuss arrangements to bring over their Abba and Carpenters tribute shows to a large auditorium but thought it would be fun to give customers at smaller venues a taste of what they do.

Armed with music featuring professionals from the main show and recorded in their state of the art studio, the pair of voice impersonators will present at least 25 different numbers from such diverse artists as Madonna, Duran Duran, Cyndi Lauper, Adam Ant, Kim Wilde and Tony Hadley amongst others.

They won’t be able to perform their usual regular costume changes but they will be wearing 1980s clothes and they hope that those who attend the performances will also dress similarly and get ready to dance the night away.

The 80s Reunion Disco Party will appear at Olivia’s Restaurant in La Cala de Mijas on Friday September 22 and then at The Beach House Marbella the following night.
