A WORKER died while attempting to connect a food stall to an electricity pylon at the Feria de Malaga.
According to reports the 38-year-old fell off his ladders, an estimated five metres in height, after getting electrocuted by the pylon. There are however conflicting witness statements claiming the man simply fell due to being very overweight.
An autopsy will confirm the cause of death.
A minutes silence was held at midnight on Friday (August 12) by the council, which also sent its condolences to the man’s family.
