Teen attacked by axe wielding muggers in Malaga

A TEENAGER was treated in a Malaga hospital after allegedly being attacked by a group of youths with an axe.

The 14-year-old was cornered at night by the alleged assailants and told to hand over his mobile phone.

When he refused, one of the minors attacked him with an axe, injuring his hand and leg. The victim was treated at Carlos Haya Hospital for minor injuries, and was later discharged.

Police tracked down the gang the same night and arrested three youths as the alleged assailants.
