NATIONAL POLICE in Madrid have arrested two men believed to be part of a terrorist cell.
The Moroccan nationals allegedly used online platforms to share extremist media with the purpose of recruiting more ‘cybersoldiers’.
Upon raiding two locations in Madrid, police found manuals on how to make home-made explosives, such as the one used in Manchester.
One of the men, 43, and the main target of the raids, reportedly maintained contact with Daesh training groups on a regular basis.
