Five detained for child pornography and animal abuse offences in Spain

SPAIN’S Guardia Civil has detained five people and is investigating another for the possession and distribution of child pornography.

In addition one of the detainees is implicated in the  production and distribution of videos of animal abuse of extreme violence for the purpose of sexual excitement.

The Guardia Civil  carried out raids in the towns of Chantada (Lugo), Burgos, Alcorcón (Madrid), Ávila, Telde (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Five men and a woman have been arrested, all Spaniards and between the ages of 28 and 71 years

The operation began last February, after the Civil Guard of Tavernes de la Valldigna (Valencia) learned of the existence of a group of users of a mobile phone application through which they exchanged videos of sexual content involving minors.
