Jorge Koke in action against Espanyol

ATLETICO MADRID midfielder Jorge Koke had a gun pointed to his head as he was robbed in Madrid.

Driving out of a car park in the Chamberi area of the city on April 6, he wound down his window to take a ticket when the gunman on a motor cycle pulled up beside him and placed a gun to his head demanding his watch.

Powerless to resist, the footballer had no option other than to pass over the watch – reported to be worth €70,000- to the thief who sped off on his bike.

Koke immediately reported the theft to Local Police and it is possible that they may be able to identify the robber from CCTV footage.

Despite the shock, he is still due to play for Atletico in their derby match against Real Madrid on April 8.

Amazing, they can find CCTV footage for this idiot yet they cant be arsed when its a member of the general public. CCTV only used for so called VIP´s and no one else…nice one (note the switching off of cameras at Westminster…how convenient!!!
