TWO British holidaymakers have been shot in Fuengirola following an altercation at a seafront bar.

Reports allege that the injured men, aged 55 and 60, started a fight which spilled outside before one was shot in the leg and the other in the foot.

The gunman, an unnamed 42-year-old Briton was also rushed to hospital after collapsing to the ground with head injuries.

He was said to have been clutching a 19mm semi-automatic hand gun, with a second weapon recovered from his car, which was parked nearby.

The tourists are believed to have been on a golfing holiday with two other friends, and were staying at the nearby Las Piramides hotel.
